A Sales manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding relationships with End Users, resellers & Partners. Duties of a Sales manager priority is to gain new market segments in the country/ies when in End-users and may include engaging with the respective existing partners for accounts mapping; generating additional demand through action plans, market activities & relevant events; studying the market for newer trends and reporting the same to the management and making sure quarterly/annual targets are achieved.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for the profitable growth of Secure Power Sales in assigned Territory/Country

Work closely with Target Accounts within essential sectors in assigned Territory to plan and achieve targets for Secure Power Products & Solutions

Develop & Maintain active long-term relationships with executive level decision makers and C-Suite within Target End User Accounts in key sectors, developing Account Plans and maximizing SE share of wallet within these accounts

Prospect, identify and qualify potential sales opportunities.

Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics for individual sales opportunities

Understand Target Accounts budget and key priorities

Generate and execute Sales presentations

Provide support necessary for attainment of customer's objectives

Anticipates obstacles and identifies alternative strategies

Support design and specifications for opportunities identified with End User accounts

Process and analyze feasibility assessments and or all bid/contract documents

Build a string business collaboration between the other BUs in the country/ies assigned

Resolve customer related issues on ground managing the best customer satisfaction experience.

Qualifications

Degree is essential, preferably in Engineering or a business discipline

- 5+ Year's experience in the field

- International experience and exposure preferred

- Knowledge of IT and DC Industry

- Good knowledge of software industry, electrical distribution, critical power, building automation, and associated services

as they relate to datacenters

- Fluency in English
